• - Enable Users to collect and manage site survey, as built and other data and media
• - Enable Customers to access project and property-specific reports, analyses, and timelines

• - Conduct anonymized, aggregate-level analysis (“Macro Analysis”) for industry insights and product improvement

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data or Content to third parties.

• - All Content is hosted securely on commercially available platforms. Currently, content is hosted on Microsoft Azure servers.
• - Content is retained indefinitely unless the user requests deletion in writing, subject to applicable law.
• - Deleted Content may remain in backup systems for a limited period before being permanently removed.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share limited information in the following circumstances:

• - With Customers: Content related to their projects and properties is shared with designated Customers.
• - With Service Providers: We may engage trusted third-party providers (e.g., Azure, payment processors) who assist in operating the Service.
• - For Legal Compliance: If required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order.
• - For Protection: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Scio Services, our Users, or the public.

We employ commercially reasonable and industry-standard practices to protect Content and personal data, including:
